Argon Flow Meters

Our VPFlowScope Argon Flow Meters

Are you looking for a flow meter for argon measurement? Our argon flow meters offer solutions from supply to demand side measurement, and they are designed to be easy to use, affordable and complete. The VPFlowScope flow meters are suitable for measurement of compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, helium, argon and other industrial gases. The VPFlowScopes Argon Flow Meters all measure four principles in one: mass flow, pressure, temperature and total flow. Moreover, all our flow meters can measure bi-directional flow. Our flow meters have versatile outputs so you can connect it to any BMS or energy management system. The VPFlowScope M offers even Ethernet output, making installation even easier and saving on cables.

Name(Required)

✓ Four-in-one sensor

Get the complete picture by measuring flow, pressure, temperature, and total flow simultaneously.

✓ Bi-directional flow measurement

Bi-directional flow occurs frequently in argon systems. Discover the actual consumption and avoid mis-readings.

✓ Install under pressure

Insertion flow meters can be installed in pressurized conditions, no need to stop production.

The importance of argon monitoring

Save Argon and save money by using an argon flow meter. Start today with getting insight in your argon consumption to see if you are losing money. Argon is a common used gas in the industry, especially in the metal industry. For example, it is used as an inert shield gas in arc welding. Argon creates a special atmosphere around the metal being welded to e.g. prevent oxidation of the material during the process. Argon is also used as a filling mixture for e.g. incandescent lamps. Argon is expensive costing though, ~USD 0.14 … 0.17 per cubic foot; efficient use of your argon is thereby even more important. In our use case we show the savings potential when measuring argon, which was nearly 50% in this case!
